What We Can Help With

Inside Out Therapy + Consulting provides in-person, trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults, children, and teens located in Arizona. Our clinicians work with concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, attachment wounds, emotional regulation, and the long-term impact of overwhelming experiences.

If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right fit for you or your child, we’re happy to talk it through.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Once we hear from you, a member of our team will respond within 1–2 business days. We'll ask a few questions to understand what you're looking for and help determine whether our in-person services are a good fit. You don't need to prepare anything in advance — just share what feels relevant. And if you come in for a session, there's a good chance you'll meet Liberty, our therapy dog, who shows up whenever Christina does.

How we match you with the right therapist

We’re thoughtful about fit — not just clinically, but relationally. We’ll help you connect with a clinician whose approach, experience, and availability align with your needs, and we welcome ongoing conversation if adjustments are needed.
